Pet Wellness Rewards Membership

Country Hills Animal Clinic is making available to our clients a rewards program. We do this in hope of making pet care more affordable while maintaining a high quality of veterinary care. Membership benefits include 5% Instant Cash Rewards that will be automatically applied on your membership card and can be used toward future services.

For every dollar you spend at Country Hills Animal Clinic we will donate 2% to the Veterinary Care Foundation. The Veterinary Care Foundation is a 501(c) (3) charitable foundation created to offer financial support by funding Good Samaritan cases, assist pet owners in financial crisis, care for police/fire service animals or funding for pets harmed or displaced due to local disaster (such as weather, fire, etc.)

Also included in the membership is two examinations and a pedicure on your pet’s birthday.  A value of $139.00 for an annual membership of $100.00.
